The process begins by discussing your marketing goals, content needs, and specifics of the project.

We do this by sending a form to get more information from you and then scheduling a phone call.

A phone call gives us a chance to see if it’s a good fit to work together and ensure the content we deliver to you fits what you are looking for!

Topics we discuss during the discovery phone call:

• Content needs - photo, video, or both

• Current marketing goals or initiatives

• Company mission/brand

• Upcoming dates such as new product launches, events, etc.

• Details such as photoshoot location, usage, budget, and timeline

Following our conversation, we send a proposal usually including 1-3 package options for you to choose from. Also included will be possible shoot locations and photo and/or video concepts based on our preliminary conversation.

Once a package is agreed upon, we will send a contract to be signed by both parties and a 50% retainer is due.

At this stage any other photoshoot logistics will be arranged such as:

• Securing Filming Permits for location(s)

• Sourcing additional models

• Finalizing photo and video concepts

At this stage finalizing the photoshoot details can be a collaborative process with you and your team or not depending on your preference.

Now the fun begins! Photo and video shooting will take place per the agreed upon details

After completing all post production, the final content is delivered via Dropbox album(s) on agreed upon date(s).

For our social media and marketing clients, we begin to implement the agreed upon digital marketing strategy (using the new imagery) through social media posting and engagement, digital ads, and/or email marketing.
